Hehe, it is was so funny to read your blog from top to bottom. Starting with those lovely shots form a good HX machine and a nice Macap done on a naked portafilter. Then reading about your endless upgrading via a gaggia, bezzera, solis, Mr Coffee, superautomatic and a bialetti.
A true espresso trip. Starting with a trip to Italy and ending in a xxxx$ purchase. I almost which to point my customers who won't buy a grinder with their new machines to your page.
Keep up the good work. Those last espressos look delicious :-D

You SHOULD point them here. The grinder is so important to the set-up.
